Lucy Bennell began her career in recruitment in the early 90’s working for a medium-sized business, where she was responsible for opening many new markets, before joining Korn Ferry Futurestep in 2000 where she was able to learn from and work alongside professionals on a global basis.
Lucy established Bennell Associates in 2002 with the goal of working closely with her network to deliver flexible customer-facing end-to-end recruitment programmes across procurement.
In 2021, Lucy joined VireUp (AI-powered interview technology business) as a Strategic Advisor. VireUp’s proprietary AI tech enables companies to interview thousands of job applicants against pre-agreed, professional competency/skills-based questions against multiple identical criteria to concept level.
